Here I am sharing a popular recipe of alkaline soup recipe which is actually a vegetable broth. In this recipe you need to boil finely chopped broccoli, celery, zucchini and spinach in a big pot of water for at least half an hour.

After simmering or boiling it drain the mixture using a strainer and not to forge to keep the broth aside. It is boiled for a short time in order to retain the vitamins and minerals in it. If it is boiled for longer period of time then it might lose all the nutrients. The broth that you will get as a result is full of nutrition so you can throw away the veggies.
